  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Floofkin has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.

6. Order Tracking

  • You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses for international orders.
  • Certain products (e.g., liquids, aerosols, or items with battery components) may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination country.
